We may also collect personal information about, or related to you, from third parties, such as our recruitment vendors, background and credit check providers, public agencies responsible for assisting in the employment eligibility and verification process, publicly available sources, and your identified references. We may also obtain information about you from public sources or third parties. For example, you may also choose to provide us with access to certain personal information stored by third parties such as job-related social media sites (e.g., LinkedIn). We do not request, and please do not provide us with, any details that can be used to access or control any of your social media accounts.

Biometric Data and Internal Operations

The Company may collect, retain, and use biometric data (e.g., fingerprints) to assist with our internal business operations, such as identification and authentication, timekeeping and attendance, and safety and security. In such circumstances, we will furnish to individuals who provide us with biometric data other, formal notice of this activity and, to the extent required by law, obtain their consent for the same. We will retain this biometric data for no more than one (1) year from the individual’s last interaction with us, unless we are required to retain it longer for legal or regulatory compliance purposes, or to exercise or defend our legal interests. Our Data Retention Criteria

We store your personal information for marketing purposes until you have opted-out of receiving further direct marketing communications in accordance with applicable law. Data Location

Infenox is based in the Canada and the personal information that we collect and process is retained and stored in Canada. Please be aware that

  1. Canada may not provide the same level of protection of personal information as in your country, state, or jurisdiction of residence or nationality,
  2. the European Union and other foreign authorities have determined that, in some circumstances, Canada does not provide an adequate level of protection for personal information, and
  3. when transferred to Canada, your personal information may be accessible by, or otherwise made available to, Canada authorities and officials pursuant to judicial and/or administrative orders, decrees, and demands, and/or other domestic laws, statutes, and regulations, applicable in Canada. By continuing to provide us such information you hereby consent to your personal information being transferred to, and stored in, Canada.

We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

Infenox does not, to the best of our knowledge, sell or rent, personal information that we have collected or retain about you to any other third-party for any purpose. Accordingly, we do not offer individuals the ability to “opt-out” of the selling or renting of personal information because we do not engage in those practices.

Policy for Children

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13 and children under 13 years of age are not permitted to visit the Site for any reason. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 13, please contact us using the contact information provided below and we will delete the information.

Your Rights and Responsibilities

We will respond to any data requests within the timeframes required by law, and we may charge a fee to facilitate your request where permitted by law.

Unifi may require you to match at least two or three pieces of personal information we have previously collected from you before granting you access to, or erasing, specific pieces, or categories of, personal information, or otherwise responding to your request. We may require written documentation that demonstrates a third party is authorized to serve as your agent for the purposes of submitting the requests set forth herein.

Persons with Disabilities. Infenox strives to ensure that every person has access to information related to our products and services, including this Policy. Please contact us if you would like this Policy provided in an alternative format and we will seek to meet your needs.

Do-Not-Track Features. Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

Nevada Privacy Disclaimer. Pursuant to Nevada law, a Nevada “consumer” (as the term is defined therein), may, at any time, submit a verified request through a designated request address to an “operator” directing the operator not to make any sale of his or her personal information that the operator has collected or will collect about the consumer. For clarity purposes, Infenox does not sell or exchange your personal information for monetary consideration to a third party for the third party to license or sell the information to additional persons or parties.
